1. Copyright Ownership
All photographs and images remain the exclusive copyrighted property of Stephanie McCauley (officer and copyright holder). Copyright is not transferred with the purchase of digital files or print products.

2. Digital Image License
Upon purchase, the client is granted a non-exclusive, transferable, perpetual license to use the purchased digital images for personal and commercial purposes. This license permits the client to:

Download, store, and reproduce the images
Print the images for personal or commercial use
Use the images in marketing, advertising, and business materials
Share and publish the images online and in print
Copyright remains with the photographer. Any use not expressly permitted above requires written permission.

Should the client not purchase the digital images they are not permitted to do any of the above under section 2. Digital Image License

3. Digital Product Delivery and Refund Policy
Digital images are delivered electronically via download or online gallery.
Due to the nature of digital products:

All digital image sales are final
No refunds, exchanges, or chargebacks will be issued once digital files have been delivered
The client is responsible for downloading and securely backing up their purchased digital files.

4. Print Products
All print products are custom-made using the client’s selected images, sizes, and finishes.
Because print products are personalized:

All print sales are final and non-refundable
Returns or exchanges are not accepted due to personal preference
5. Color and Print Variations
The photographer is not responsible for color differences between digital previews and final printed products. Variations may occur due to screen calibration, lighting environments, or print materials.

6. Image Archiving
While reasonable care is taken to store digital files, the photographer does not guarantee long-term image archiving. Clients are encouraged to download and securely backing up their purchased digital images promptly.

7. Agreement Acceptance
By purchasing digital images or print products from our online shop and using our professional services, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to this agreement in full.
